Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Purple Fox Cards.

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of being placed.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery service

We currently send orders using Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–3 business days

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Individual greeting cards cost £0.99, including A5 and personalised cards. No greeting-card multibuy discount or free-delivery offer applies. Our current greeting-card delivery rates are:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: £1.99 for greeting-card delivery at every quantity (card pricing and delivery terms)

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: £2.99 for greeting-card delivery at every quantity

Posters: FREE UK delivery

A5-only poster orders use Royal Mail 1st Class within the packed Letter limits; larger packs are upgraded to Tracked 24 free of charge. Any A4 or larger poster order uses Royal Mail Tracked 24, including any A5 prints travelling with it. The paid 1st Class rate above applies to greeting cards, not posters.

Order posters by 1pm Europe/London time for same-day physical dispatch Monday–Friday, excluding applicable bank holidays. Orders after cut-off move to the next dispatch day. Both services are aims, not guaranteed next-day delivery; allow 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Greeting cards are packed separately in mixed orders and retain their delivery rules. See the poster and greeting-card offer terms.

Delays

From time to time, deliveries may take longer than expected due to postal delays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@purplefoxcards.com and we will be happy to help.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
