Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Purple Fox Cards.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • personalised or custom-made items

  • items made to your specification

  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@purplefoxcards.com.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • your full name

  • a short description of the issue

  • photos where possible

If the item is confirmed as damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

How to request a return

To request a return, please email contact@purplefoxcards.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
